Home Inspections
I am your home inspector for the inspection, you work with me. This includes a visual inspection of the exterior and interior of the home along with systems and components, from the foundation to the roof.
All the home inspections are performed within the strict guidelines set by the "National Association of Home Inspectors".
You receive an on site complete report. The report is discussed during the inspection and discussed page by page at the end of the inspection.There is no waiting for your report, you walk away with the knowledge you need to make the right decision. Pictures will be sent via the internet the same day.
Radon gas testing, mold testing, and air quality testing services are also available.
Consulting
As part of my follow up service, I will consult as a third party on repairs, free of charge, with my clients.
